SECTION 2 - PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-to-ship jewelry are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom or personalized pieces may take 10–25 business days for craftsmanship and certification before dispatch.
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Metros: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.
    • International: 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance.

SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT SECURITY & INSURANCE

  • Full Insurance: Every order from Neelmani jewls is fully insured during transit until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Tamper-Proof Packaging: Your jewelry will arrive in a durable, tamper-proof outer package. For your security, the brand name "Neelmani jewls" is not mentioned on the exterior box to avoid attracting unwanted attention.
  • Signature Required: A signature and valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) may be required at the time of delivery to ensure the package is handed to the correct recipient.

SECTION 4 - INSPECTION & DAMAGE CLAIMS

  • Unboxing Video: For your protection, we strictly require a continuous unboxing video (from opening the sealed courier bag to inspecting the jewelry) to process claims for missing or damaged items.
  • Reporting Period: Any damage or shortage must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Package Integrity: If you notice that the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

SECTION 5 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered email and mobile number. You can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time through our courier partner's portal.
