Return & Exchange Policy

At Neelmani Jewels, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. We want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We offer a strict 2-day return policy. You have 48 hours from the moment your package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier to initiate a return request. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Record video: Receiver must record a video after delivery before unbox the package (video must be a single video no cut allow) and if found any damage will help to provide better service
  • Security Tags: Any security tags or "void if removed" labels must be intact.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original Neelmani Jewels branding, including boxes, pouches, and certificates of authenticity.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized orders (including size alterations).

  • Pierced earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or promotional clearance.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Call our support team at +91-9799399245 or WhatsApp us at +91-9799399245 within the 48-hour window.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.

  3. Shipping: Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your package back to us. 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 days.

  • Approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days .

  • Rejected: If the item shows signs of wear or damage, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

6. Exchanges and Replacements 

  • All requests for exchanges and replacements must be made 24 hours from the time the order is delivered
  • All exchanged and replaced products shall be delivered within 7-10 business days.
