Return & Exchange Policy

At Neelmani, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 2-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. For missing items, you must report within 24 hours of delivery with a full unboxing video.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

• Applies only to orders from Neelmanijewls.com.
• Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging, including free gifts.
• Original invoice and documents are mandatory.
• A complete unboxing video is required to support any claim.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests are valid within 2 days of delivery.
• Email us at Neelmanijewls@gmail.com with your order details.
• Once approved, self-ship the product to:
  3765, Gangauri Bazar, Near Gangauri Hospital, Jaipur – 302001
• Replacement/exchange will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Ineligible for Return

• Customised or personalised jewellery.
• Items showing signs of use, missing serial numbers, washed, or missing original packaging.
• Rejected deliveries after shipment are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

• COD Orders: Bank transfer within 10–15 days from authorization.
• Prepaid Orders: Gateway refund within 7 days.
• Refund processing begins only after inspection and approval.
• Missing returned items may result in a deduction of up to the full MRP.

Additional Notes

• Return shipments must be securely packaged with bubble wrap.
